Bulambuli, Eastern Uganda
Coffee, bananas and new sources of income
A smallholder plot is being developed into a coffee–banana agroforestry system with beekeeping and poultry. Soil protection and long-term income are planned together.

School of Sustainable Smallholder Farming
A 22-week course will train 15 adults in food security, soil health and basic farm management through practical learning.

Rainwater is being collected, the apiary is secured and planting is moving forward.
The new measures bring water, beekeeping, poultry and agroforestry together on the same plot. Progress is documented with photographs, receipts and interim reports.
