About us

Expertise, experience and personal commitment.

Streams of Living Water International e. V. is a charitable association based in Hanover, Germany. We promote development cooperation, education, food security and sustainable land use.

Our motivation

Restoration requires a whole-system view.

We do not simply want to finance individual seedlings. We support systems in which fertile soils, water, trees, nutrition, income and applicable knowledge work together.

Projects are planned with local organisations that know the people, locations and operating environment. The association is responsible for project assessment, financing, technical support, documentation and accountability to donors and funding partners.

01

In partnership

Decisions are developed in dialogue with people and organisations on the ground.

02

Practical

We favour understandable methods, local materials and realistic next steps.

03

Transparent

Budgets, receipts, photographs and reports make progress and the use of funds visible.
